What are some tips for putting on eyeliner?

Question by anonymous: What are some tips for putting on eyeliner?
I have no problem applying eyeliner below my eye (on the bottom) but any tips for applying it above your eye (at the top) because i have trouble putting it on the inner part or corner of my eye (towards the center of my face or nose) thank you so much if you answer!
also my eye shakes when i to the inner part of my eye going closer to my nose so im probably applying it wrong.

just don’t poke your self in the eye, because, then you have a big problem!
